May be I do have some software intalled unknown in my system. When my antivirus software detects the virus, it shows the folder and which in this case is' program files. My antivirus continues to say "virus is blocked and that your system is safe now," but the system restarts every 2 minutes, which does not allow me to do anything. When I tried with the bootable CD couldn ' go to the C drive in the DOS prompt. Is there anyway to clean the virus outside formatting Cuz I have very important data in it. If thats not possible and that can plz tell me how to make a backup of important files in this kind of situation. The situation is restarting the system after every 2 minutes. Try these
