Is it possible to recover already seen pictures, video files, Web page history, and so on a computer that has been reformatted ... or is it hopeless? -- \ East anything recoverable? Of course, there is no backup.
I read in a newspaper article before some IT people in a college received a lot of hard disks from various computers and were able to trace bank info, history of the computer, use, etc., which were stored on the computer before it is formatted. In all, once you've re-formatted, it is no longer there. Of course, if you have very bad porn will drop it just for the FBI team, I am sure they will do what they can;)
