The type of computer needed depends on what you plan to use for (the condition required).

simple word processing and Internet access, and its longer enough.
Games end to get a box with more RAM and a non-integrated video card with its own onboard RAM. (You May be able to turn off your video board in the BIOS and put a video card updated).

Depends on use. For a normal e-mail/web computer for browsing, it should be good. Although I recommend upgrading to 2 go ....

If you plan to play all games this is not a very good choice because it has an integrated graphics card solutions. It could also cause problems with Vista if it is unable to do so effectively. I recommend the improvement of 2 GB of RAM and a graphics card ... No integrated solution. The integrated solutions also take the system resources of your system and .., which overall is slow things down if you plan to play all games ..

Whole everything else looks good. This processor should be adapted to your needs ... game or not ... It will be sufficient.

How much do you pay for the property ... You can put custom computer as well as cheaper with better quality. But regardless of this fact ... Everything is fine except the ram and integrated graphics. If you use Windows XP the integrated solution would be fine. You do not have sight of myself .. but if the country of origin basis does not have aeroglass ... it should go well ... You can also disable it if it does have. It may look pretty .. but I would not recommend a single graphics card .. soltuion not integrated.

Sounds like an excellent setup for information technology today. But how much cache level 2 are put in your processors? Beware that many retailers like to skimp on it to sell their products at a lower price (which never advertising in the specifications). L2 Cache will make the most difference in your overall performance. If there is an upgrade for that, consider that it's worth it. If you're not a player, this video computers will work well for basic computer, but if you plan to do video games then a decent video card will be necessary. Dell is the best company to buy a computer ready to run and keep in mind that when it comes to the computer you get what you pay.
