Hi,
Address and messages can be exported or imported using the tools provided by Outlook Express
Go to File> Export> Address Book
it will open a new window Address Book export tool choose the format in which you want to transfer the file text file is a good option bcoz you can use with other clients Messenger.
Save the file and then you can import it into your Outlook Express.
