My Dell Inspiron 9300 is not working properly. Please Help?

My dell stopped working properly. At the beginning, when I turn it on, it is said that some software or hardware change May have caused. When I try all options, as the last known good configuration and safe mode, it starts fine with the windows bar loading and then it goes to a blue screen. The blue screen said to disable any antivirus software, disk defragmentation, or backup utilities. The technical information reads as follows: *** Stop: 0x00000024: (0x00190203, 0x82D32CA0, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000). I am not sure what that means but I would be grateful if someone could tell me. Thank you in advance.

(From old blog's comments)
What you are experiencing is commonly known as "Blue Screen of Death". This means that your Windows installation has somehow become corruption, perhaps caused by a virus or any other problem.

If your computer came with the CD or CD restore a Windows installation, you'll need to use them to restore your system. Please note that if you do, you lose all the files on your PC. However, if you can repair Windows CD, your files will not be lost.

You can repair Windows CD (If you have one) along the BIOS (When you start to see the first screen, it will probably say something like "Press DEL to enter setup ) And telling the machine to boot from CD and then insert the Windows CD and following the onscreen instructions to repair.

If you can not afford to repair and you have important files on your PC, you May need to focus on recovering data before making any restoration or installation of Windows. Otherwise, you can remove the hard drive of your machine and use a caddie to join the USB hard drive on another machine via a USB port. (May This function will not work on the exact problem with the HDD) 11,111 Try using "System Restore" to restore the system to an state in which you do not have this problem.
