Help backing up my own DVD's.?

How can I make backups of my own DVD? They are the ones that I personally own and I want to make backup copies of them for my own staff (100% legal). But they say "this DVD is protected against copying." I bought it so I should be able to make my own safeguards to keep it in a safe place ... I just need a software that will, without discussing with me. Suggestions?

CloneDVD and anydvd. I did not have a problem at all with both. There are others there too, as dvd shrink then use Nero or something to burn. Many options. The first is the best I think, and I use it often.
