Norton Ghost Acronis True Image 11. I have used both, and I would rather Acronis. Both make a bootable CD to restore a reader. However Acronis makes it easy to mount the disk image so you should be able to get a single file from the backup if necessary.

by Acronis True Image since eighth version. True Image is very stable and all product features and nothing can make me move to another. So my recommendation is clear-True Image.
