My computer (Dell XPS 400) recently crushed by a virus and I had to re-install everything from my backup CD that has been provided to me by Dell. ALL I installed all that was on my backup CD, and I noticed that certain software to be installed on my computer when I bought it is no longer there. What should I do or whom should I contact for all software, configurations, and utilities to their original condition when I bought my brand-new computer?

Be sure you have the proper backup disks. Contact Dell with at least one of the titles are missing.
