You can go to a cafeenet latest drivers and download, burn onto a compact disc and your joy of new windows;)

You do not need Internet connection to the format of your machine ... Just a CD WIn OS ... Place the CD in your CD ... And reboot your machine ... Follow the instructions.
For drivers, you can download them from the manufacturer's Web site .... Go Toa Internet Cafe ... Put them into a USB drive ... And the load on your machine. Um ....

If you do not have Internet then how do you this position? Obviously, you have a certain type of Internet connection somewhere. Download the drivers of the net on a thumb drive and be done with it.
