Has anyone purchased and used the tansee ipod transfer software?

I woke up this morning to find my itunes library has lost almost every song. Im desperate for a way to get what I and my ipod is the only "backup" i have source. Someone has used this program before? That works? Do you think? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
