Toshiba external hard drive. regen soft ware not working ?


I recently purchased an external hard drive Toshiba.
I want to install the software supplied with it. The software is
Regen - backup pushbutton.
It appears to load and install ok (through the installation wizard). But when I try to run it, I get the message:
REGEN.EXE encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry ...

Can anyone help resolve this for me? I had 3

Back to the shop and you ask for a replacement disk! If that does not work, you will need to contact the customer service exists.
