Backing Up?

I use Microsoft Backup to save a large number of files on my computer. I usually back up once every few days, especially when I did a lot of work. Finally, the files are backed up swells to a huge size, and I must remove it and start over.

Can you give me an indication to stop all this from happening or give me the link to a website with a backup Guide? Is there any better software I can use?

Thanks for any help.

I Acronis True Image and may recommend to you. Before choosing backup software, I read a lot of comments and discussed this issue with experts. They have informed me that True Image is the best backup solution for home, and not long ago I was convinced. It is quite handy to use, and if you have any questions, please consult support centre at any time.
