I worked on a document, microsoft excel for a long time. Around two months ago, someone had deleted from my pc (probably my brother). Yesterday I heard from my friend that some backup software by which I can get that file back.
If anyone here knows this program, please let me know. This file has been really important.

If it is not in your trash - it might be interesting to try to SEARCH for it. Click on START then ... RESEARCH DOCUMENTS .... ..... Then USE ADVANCED SEARCH OPTIONS ....... Then put in a word or phrase that you know were in the paper (title, etc.) or the Row or column name ............ Then click on SEARCH.

you can run windows in the system restoration or restore your backup in msexcell
