How do you backup software installed in your computer to a CD?

I need to put a little space in my hard drive and I need to move some major programs on CD.

Place the CD or DVD blank in the tray. Then, a window will come up showing you making it, which should be nothing. Then copy the program, the installation program, files, or whatever you want. You can do this by highlighting all, a right click, and then clicking on "Copy." Go to the CD or DVD blank file and rught click and "paste". It should be possible to write to all files in that folder on the CD or DVD. Then eject the CD or DVD, and your done.
