Hey trying to find the best software to safeguard 400 GB of data on DVD. My biggest problem is trying to keep organized what was saved ... Try to find one that could, hopefully, even if I have to restart the computer, it will be recalled that the records should be supported. Any help would be great!

I had this same dilemma and verified in a few programs. I finally finished with an outstanding program-by Paragon Software. Their Paragon Drive Backup software. Worth every cent.
There are also backup solutions for online decent. But, for use in real-time, they manage their software on your machine, while using your bandwidth.
Here is a very good debate in another Yahoo Question of Carbonite, a very good offline and online backup solution.
