What is the best freeware software to burn dvd backup copies on a laptop??

It is equipped with a dvd-rw and has an operating system (PC acer). And if any other format can be burned to DVD and watched on a DVD player?

DVD Shrink is a freeware that can help safeguard portable DVD just for the google search.
I prefer Cucusoft DVD Burner Pro to burn DVDs, it is not free, but it works very nice for me here is a guide on this subject

If you further problems, do not hesitate to contact me.

I have an acer laptop with a view, and I do not think you need any additional software. If you right-click on what you want to write, then click on the DVD player and insert your DVD and see what happens.

to COPY is probably illegal. But you can burn your own DVD using the designer who comes to Vista.

Using Vista's built-in backup utility.
