Symantec BackupExec is the most widely used backup software for businesses.
It would be difficult to go and read all the details of what gives you what .. But depending on the size of your company should determine what you need.
If you are only saving a couple of servers -- then perhaps the Quickstart Small Business Edition or work. If you have a business, I would say Server Suite.
Symantec has bought makers Veritas BackupExec 10d and away --- again, most widely used backup software that exists ... As for 11d. Symantec makes the software very easy to use and understand.
Ultimately, it would be my choice (and for the company I work for).

Whichever one is easier, is that you understand are most likely not to live.
Whichever one is more automated is less likely to be forgotten.
Which did you use? Have you explored backup solutions for free to get a sense of power and their characteristics?
