It's free, and it worked quite well for ISOs. I stumbled across it when I was looking for a program I could use to mount ISO images Daemon Tools that did not work. I found MagicISO and MagicDisc and have been used for a year or two. They have not failed me yet.
Check if you are just trying to rip movie DVDs.

For Mac users, Mactheripper is free. If it can not meet your needs, you can try to DVD Creator for Mac.
