It is a freeware CD / DVD burning, which supports ISO / creation called "CDBurnerXP"

I suggest you get this program called hand, it allows you to place on your hard drive this which is so cool but if you want you can put movies on a portable multimedia device as an ipod or an MP3 player just google main

Use DVDShrink to save a DVD ISO (not a folder structure DVD). Then download ISO Recorder (super simple program), just right-click the new ISO file and click on "Write to CD" or whatever option.
