a friend did not safeguard its vaio and took a virus and did not Bacup software.and it is now having problems of compatibility, as it has on its norton pc norton and does not delete. any help will be appreciated well thank you. i believ it has more viruses that since past. it is a Trojan horse. can not even run virus def.
