im using Windows XP and i do not have any backup password, the difficulty here that I am not able to install new software or hardware ... All free advice online?First try safemode

Do not do anything crazy yet ... I have received options ....
You can press F8 when you see the "DELL" logo or whatever the mark, it is once you restart .... then you start your computer in safe mode and should let you go to the office ... Click on Start> Control Panel>> AND USERS>> then change your password or delete this option.
If this does not do it again F8, but safely between the mode with the network .... you should be able to use only one command promtp ..... Enter the following command ....
> net users
it will give you the names of users on the computer then,
> net user (type whatever your ID or username east) *
not forget the "*" after the name ...
you will be to enter a new password .... then enter:
>
exit and restart your computer normally ...
If all fails
boot the computer when it asks you to enter a user enters>> ADMIN or admin or Administrator
then the password is>> Director

Ok, so a of the easiest ways to get an account administrator is to start in safemode. Restart your machine and press the F8 key until you see the chest safe option. Once you're in safemode, you should see an Administrator account. click it and you will now be logged as an administrator. You can now choose to upgrade your account status hotel and you can also clear and reset your password. Restart, then loginto with your new password and you will now have the administrator.
