Not really, compression utilities finding work like strings of bits and replace it with a code. Five percent is probably what you are going to get.

If you want to compress the entire disk, there is a way,
Right click on the drive and go to properties. In general, the section allows you to see boxes at the bottom left, check the box that says "compress to save disk space." That automatically compresses all that hard.
