When I go to the repair, backup and restore, said cannot connect to the Internet but my internet works well and update also an error message can not connect to the server and update live . Someone can help me to resolve what I have 285 days so that may not be the problem it has worked well four days ago.

I had the same problem ... You can try uninstalling and re-installling it, however, that could use one of your 3 facilities, but they will probably work .. It worked for me
