Where can I find the backup operating system? And also there are pre-installed software (and some Vaio Utilities) it.since I want to format the system, I want to make a copy of those.Where can I find the source / installation of these files in the system?

you'll need a CD windows and applications backup CD
These should be provided with your purchase
