Need help. I have a Pentium 4, which already has a Maxtor Hard Drive 80 GB SATA board. I recently bought another similar drive and installed for use as backup. However, since I installed the additional hard drive. I had problems with my microphone and phone software. Whenever I stop system, the day after micro and phone software does not come to reconfigure each time. Could someone help? thank you.

If this happen repeatedly, a problem with your application interruption. Try to irq in the bios configuration automatic.
otherwise, you just hibernation system downtime instead of all time, this will save your time and effort.

I agree with DZE, however, before uninstalling, just check to see if updates are available. If you have the latest drivers, uninstall and reinstall. This should solve the problem.
