I lost my ipod mini and bought my friend ipod video. I want to put all of his songs on my computer too with my songs and put them together on the ipod. People with ipod told me I need a 3rd party software to transfer songs onto the price of the ipod that 3rd party software, and then from there to itunes. Where can I get the software, preferablly free?

You can try Aimersoft iPod copy Manager, it is entirely free and can help you copy music and video iPod to the computer. I always use it to retrieve my files on the iPod when it crashed my system, here is the link downoad
