nice day. U not really need a program to save files on your yur externally. Juice or drag them simply copying and pasting. Laterz!

If you have a computer troubleshooting and repair yourself, you can directly transfer data from the old disk to the new disk. Connect the old disk to the computer with the new disc with the secondary IDE cable. Set the jumpers, so that the new drive is configured as a master and the old hard disk is defined as a slave. When you turn on the computer, you can transfer data directly between 2 disks, using the copy. More Details
