Backup Y! Mail without "Y! Mail Plus" and without Outlook?

I want to save my Yahoo! Mail without upgrading to Yahoo! Mail Plus, and without using Microsoft Outlook. Software such as M. Postman Handy Backup and were suggested to me, but which is better? Appreciate especially those that I have not yet mentioned.
