I downloaded CCleaner, and another program that allowed me to delete some programs that I have not been able to suppress for a long period. I have the 360 norton prime minister, and some of my clean record, and make sure everything was working well saved, and then I went sight XP, but I did not like, but I did not know how the time to go back to what I had before, so I decided to make a restoration system. I do not think it would be a problem because I had a checkpoint 30 minutes earlier. I think that was perfect. Well, I do restoration, and XP has returned how I was before, but all written in symbols, and I could not understand any of it. It is not letting me restore any earlier date, and I finally fixed as the place where I can read icons, but the start menu shows symbols, as well as antivirus software. I cannot read anything. I do not know what I did. If I was in charge the previous backup, it solve the problem?

Hello.One would cancel the original restore point and you set the reset at a later date today using as a reference point. This would have the advantage to cancel the original restore point that you created by the substitution by another along the time line of events.
It is also possible that you too have downloaded software for maintaining your computer. Some programs have a talent happy to be incompatible with others already in your system in May and duplication between the same things. Could you tell us ALL security software you please? This helps.

I noticed that the windows XP passage between different versions of "classic" and "new" create all sorts of unnecessary problems. I did it, but now no longer just the aggravation of causes, it is not worth the hedaches it creates.

Go to the most recent backup CCleaner and double click it.
